Selecting “Download text” creates a text file on your device. You control where that file is stored, whether it is shared and when it is deleted. Neither action sends the message to the website.
If you choose to email.
Opening an email link uses your chosen email application. A message is sent only if you send it through that application. Email may include your address, name, message content and any attachments you choose to add. Email services process messages under their own terms and privacy practices.
Information you voluntarily send may be used to read and respond to your enquiry, consider a correction, maintain relevant correspondence and address misuse or legal obligations. Do not send sensitive information, exact home addresses or material you lack permission to share. No fixed email retention period is promised here; you may ask about or request deletion of correspondence, subject to applicable obligations and legitimate recordkeeping needs.
